I have been ordering for years and for the most part have been very satisfied with your service. A while back I did have trouble with one order that seemed to have products that did not work as well. I probably should have communicated that at the time but didnt. One box in particular did not seal and caused problems. In general service is quick and dependable on delivery.

Whats going on???
This order required three calls. The first took one hour and resulted in being told you were out of supplies for my order. The second call took five minutes: I was told to wait wait and I would be called back in ten minutes -- I was never called back. I went to your web site and placed my order with ease and precision. Of-course I had to pay where otherwise my order would have been covered through my insurance. SO -- WHAT IS GOING ON?

Hello Forrest, I apologize for the confusion, but our company does not process insurance. With us, you pay with your credit card and we ship you the order. If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance for your order, you will want to contact them and they can let you know their policies.

Great customer service!
Great customer service...after hours I sent shipping question email. Much to my surprise, I received a phone call early the next day to answer my question! They are now our medical supply provider!
