My order did not arrive to the address specified when I placed my online order. That was by no means the fault of Express Medical, but a misunderstanding between my card company and FedEx. When I attempted to contact FedEx and was unable to speak with a representative. I called Express Medical. I explained my problem to Destiny from customer service. She contacted FedEx and obtained the address where I could find my order. The next day, she telephoned to verify that I was able to retrieve my order, or if she needed to contact FedEx to have my package picked up and delivered to my correct address. I have worked as an execiutive and have owned businesses in the service industry. I can be very critical. The compassion, concern and empathy exceeded my expectations.
