NO problems ordering, or with the shipping. Although it's more expensive than the average ground shipping, their product got to my place on the 3rd day from ordering so no complaints there.

Both the tubes of surgical lubricant I ordered had been opened and one had been punctured and was leaking! So disappointed.

My husband and I lost the spacer for my 2 year olds inhaler at a local restaurant. For reasons that he has asthma attacks frequently and out of the blue it was necessary that I get another one as soon as possible. His doctors office was unable to give us another one. I tried several different places to find this specific one but had no luck until running into Express Medical Supply. It was the same exact spacer, which was perfect because my son doesn't like change. It came in little time and it came with a perfect instruction bag which was convenient for his emergency medicine bag! I was very pleased!!!!

It is very difficult to review a product that is back-ordered and the review has already been requested, perhaps a symptom of the company in general. No approximate date for shipment has been offered. Best review at this stage...Company FAIL.
