My delivery was delayed when FED-EX could not locate my address and the customer service personnel contacted me immediately and assisted me in contacting the correct shipping office. The delivery was received early the following day, right on time for I had only 1 of this item left!. I appreciate the time it took to call me especially since most venders would not have done so. I highly recommend Express Medical.
