I ordered 16fr catheters and when they arrived inside the shipping box were 20fr catheters I called but the office was closed and I sent an email for a return shipping label to send them back and get the correct size I ordered

I have bought my medical supplies from these guys for well over a decade. Every once in a while I look around to see if there’s a better option. There isn’t. These folks have the best selection & pricing around. Their customer service is great and they get orders out very quickly. My only complaint is that $95 is the threshold for free shipping. It seems a bit high to me.

It was no fault of Express but the item I ordered was critically needed. If your company had offered overnight I would have paid for it no problem. Now I am forced to purchase this item again at a much higher price. Your customer service is good but I will consider the time frame of when I receive my product the next time I order from you. I understand the Covid-19 issue delay but still express delivery or overnight should have been offered.
