When placing order, I needed to select overnight shipping, at substantial increased cost. The order summary showed the estimated delivery date with the overnight date, as expected. The next day, I was informed that my order was shipping, instead of being delivered. This was not at all what I expected. The delay caused a fair amount of stress for the recipient, since they now had to skip a day of treatment. I would recommend fixing the estimated shipping date, if there is a time constraint. ----- I see the reply from Express Medical Supply to my original post. They correctly state that the order was placed on May 31. The order confirmation emailed to me, clearly stated "Estimated delivery June 1". My suggestion is that you modify your confirmations to line up with your ability to ship, based on the time of day, since that is limiting factor. In this case, the June 1 delivery date was not going to achieved, but it would have been very helpful to know that in advance. The confirmation email was misleading.
