Product packaging damamged upon arrival
Ordering Process was great, however, several of the packages arrived in an envelope and the boxes inside were badly damaged. The product was in tact, though. Very comparable prices. Would suggest to others.

Overnight delivery for $41. took 4 days.
Don'tpay for fedex overnight. took from thurs evening to Monday PM. Not worth your time to deal with this company.

Robert Sorry for the confusion. We did have a problem with our estimated ship date function of our Web Store.When you ordered on June 2, we sent a message that we anticipated arrival on June 1st. (that is pretty fast, but obviously not correct) That portion is our mistake and we certainly apologize for the error in our message. I see that you refused the package at the door and we have credited your card the full amount. We would have credited the full shipping cost anyway because of the estimator error on our Web store.The date delivered was actually correct for Next Business day delivery. Please do understand that Orders placed on Thursday after 2PM CST and marked for next day delivery are shipped out on Friday and delivered the next business day which is Monday. Problem with shipping
When ordering I was not told that it would be shipped by USPS. My mailing address is different from my physical address, and so the package was undelivered and was returned. Hopefully it will be delivered now as I emailed your customer service yesterday. I have had no confirmation so far.
