I purchased a replacement "pail" for my bedside commode. To my knowledge a "pail" by definition is a container with a HANDLE made to carry liquids or other substances. The "pail" which I purchased, is totally useless to me since I am disabled and have to hold on to a walker with one hand while emptying and washing it out. I am not returning it because it would cost me more than it's worth in postage. Never will I buy anything from this company again.

On looking at the on-line photo, the pail and lid clearly show that there is no " loop style" handle but only hand holds on the edges. I ordered the items online, and after making the payment i received and email saying that the items were out of stock. Why i wasn't told before buying the goods then?? I needed the items to be delivered on time, not being the case. Very disappointing!!

T. Hincapie We apologize for the delay in shipment. Your order placed July 5, 2016 shipped out yesterday July 11. We do try to keep all items in stock but on occasion we do experience times when multiple customers are on-line or talking with Customer Service and all ordering the very same products at the same time. This is just one example where we may be temporarily out of stock. Often times this temporary condition only lasts for a period of one or two days causing minimal disruption but in all cases we do notify customers by e-mail when this occurs and we offer options for cancellation of order, recommend a substitute or split ship the order if we have only partial amounts of the requested product volume..
