Had a product that was $60 less than one at a HME store in our area. Delivered to my home in 2 days and when I received an e-nail the next day that item was on sale for $23 less than I paid. Contacted customer service & was told I would get the difference since I made my purchase the day before the sale started! I will be purchasing all my HME needs at Express Medical in the future!

I purchased this item with hopes of gaining some normalcy in my life, despite having to wear a catheter bag on my leg. I was thrilled to find this item at Express Medical Supply. I ordered the item, unaware of the size I chose. When I realized it was incorrect, I called, and the item was switched immediately. The product arrived fast, and I couldn't be more pleased. My Statlock Foley Stabilization Device came off after a couple of weeks and required a replacement which I could not find easily in my area. I searched online, found Express Medical Supply and easily ordered two replacements. Their standard two day USPS shipping got them to me very fast...and btw, the replacements are better than the originals. Great company, excellent product line and very fast shipping.
