I have 99 problems, but good service with Express Medical is NOT one of them! Great Job!
I have an adult disabled son who has not received any medical supplies for 3 months! Apparently there is some drama with the company that I was using not being able to get any supplies and the owner passed away and things had just come to a complete stop. Blah, Blah. I was not aware of any of this and just wanted my sons supplies. We are completely out of everything and I was told about Express Medical from a medical professional and immediately contacted them and literally explained what happened, explained what I needed and was assured that they could deliver what I needed that same week! I not only got the supplies delivered by FedEX earlier than expected but I was contacted by customer service to let me know that one of the products I needed was not available however, the offered the exact same product by a different MFG, same price. I am so happy with the way that I was treated and I am so happy that some companies still actually care about their customers. If you are in doubt and if you are tired of being treated like crap by your medical supply company, know this: You don't have to be disrespected by any organization. Like I was. Switch to Express Medical Supply and take control over your supplies. I found items that I was not even aware existed..like a cover for my sons "urine bag". No more stares from strangers. Beautiful well crafted gloves for use when using a wheelchair. My sons hands are hard and dry, he loves the new gloves and wont take them off! I am so pleased. These supplies are top of the line, offered for a great price and terrific customer service. I cannot ask for more.
