With no hesitation at all, Express Medical Supply has my very highest recommendation. I have been ordering from them regularly for a few years now, and without fail they have provided quick and reliable service and excellent products. Most of my orders have been online, but I have had a couple occasions to speak to their customer service on the phone. They were completely courteous, friendly, and professional, doing everything possible to get me the products I needed as quickly as possible. Not only that, but they consistently had the lowest prices of all companies I checked. A recent surgery has resolved the issue for which I have purchased products from Express Medical Supply, so I have likely placed my last order with them. But if any other need arises, I will certainly be back!

Sample box arrived quickly in regular unmarked box. Samples were good way to test different brands an types. Only thing that I didn't like was sample box is packed with men and women would be nice if they were separated by gender so some would no go to waste. Some of samples showed me what not to buy as others where great for me.
