Promptly received emails to confirm order and when item was shipped. The item I ordered is fine and was intended for my mother (who is 101 with some dementia) to use to make it easier to continue feeding herself as she has started to have difficulty holding a utensil. However, even after trying it on several occasions, she cannot use it without someone guiding her hand to her mouth, which I feel is due to her deteriorating mental state and not the way the items was designed.

If there is a minus star it would be! Supplies did not arrive on time. Did not arrive on the new delivery date. No help from the company. Left without any supplies! No idea when or if the supplies will arrive. My card was charged - they got their money but we are hi and dry no urgently needed supplies!

Processing of orders is excellent. My issue revolves around your not standing behind the products you ship. You keep telling me I have to deal with the manufacturer and as a result, I am STUCK with product that I cannot use.
