My last purchase was a really bad experience that I've ever had before, I spend about $1,200.00 a year buying catheters and my last purchase was on back order that I did not realize because they never call me to inform me, only by email, I think that you need to let me know as soon as possible about that because I depend on catheters to empty my bladder until I called the office about it and she was so mean to me did not listen to me about to send it as soon as possible. I asked to send it by other company like that offer two day delivery UPS or US post office and she told me there is nothing I can do to help you knowing that she could help me out. I hope to have them soon and have a little more respect as a customer, please change fedex because is giving me a lot of delay on my purchase.
