Had what I was looking for, fast shipping, reasonably priced.

One of the few places that carrie 1piece of equipment i need. ExPpress Medical, has vert reasonableprices and shipping doesn't tank long at all. I usually recieve order 0in about 3-4 days. Thier supplies are top notch.and better priced than most

I originally was going to order from Amazon but was a little more in cost so I decided on ordering straight from the supplier. Big mistake. I ordered a Condon catheter with a weeks worth of condom connectors on November 7th 2020 at 11:34 am. And here I sit at home writing this review on November 14th 2020 at 2:42pm and my order has yet to arrive. I called them on Monday November 9th to find out the status of my order. Only to be told it wouldn't be shipped until the next morning November 10th. It wasn't shipped until after 3pm November 10th. There websites promotes quick and easy delivery of there products. All lies. Here I am, 8 days latter being asked to review something that hasn't even been delivered yet? Worst of all my order weighed less then 9oz and I paid $9.00 approx for shipping and it was sent USPS. ??? Probably won't be here till the 16th or even latter. I'll never order from them again. And will get my supplies from Amazon from now on. If I had ordered from Amazon originally, my order would have arrived on the 9th. And if it hadn't they would have refunded me the equivalent of there shipping cost which I don't have to pay cause I have prime but I get the credit anyways. Awesome!!! I hope the catheter is at least a good one so that at least its all for not. But won't know until it gets here. If it ever gets here. Kind of feels like ordering from Wish.com lol!!! Part 2. The package has arrived but it wasn't shipped like they said it had on the 10th. It was actually shipped on the 11th. So recap, order placed on November 7th at 11:34am. The order was picked/packed until the 9th and wasn't shipped until the 11th. Good grief... Also it was sent Priority 3 day mail through USPS. Today is the 16th. Not counting the 11th that's 5 day's. So both the supplier and postal service failed. This is why Amazon is killing other businesses. I can order the same thing from them, for a lil more and get it next day Guaranteed. Express replied to my review with apologies. But what can they do to fix this.... I think they should take the word express out of their name. If I had ordered something that was life or death I'd probably be dead by now so maybe Turtle Medical would suffice.
