I waited until now to express my comments regarding the 3M Stoma Seal dressings I ordered from your company on 11/13/2017 and 02/12/2018. I've been using these dressings for many years, and have purchased them from several sources. These last two cases I ordered fromExpress Medical contained several patches that were defective----some to the point that they were unuseable. The dressing part of the patches was so far off center that they overlapped the adhesive. I know this product is sourced by you from 3M corporation. Over the many years I;ve used them, I;ve seen many alterations to the product to reduce material costs. Now, I'm starting to see defective patches and major price increases. Joseph We are very sorry to hear that this 3M product's quality has diminished.These dressings are now on long-term back order from 3M and are not due to be released until late April. Perhaps there is a correlation between the quality issue you mention and the current backorder situation. We certainly hope that 3M is changing their manufacturing process in response to feedback like your own. We certainly apologize and hope they re-introduce a higher quality product.
