Pros: Fast ordering & shipping. Items always in stock. Cons: Out of continental US shipping costs are excessive. Far more costly than Amazon, Walmart, etc. Should use USPS for shipments to US Territories. The 21st century is a global economy. Express Med should adopt best practices.

Ordering was easy and my item arrived promptly. The only thing that bugs me is that I ordered from this site because the picture showed a black hard plastic piece where one strap goes through the other. As near as I can tell, Therafin has changed their design and that piece is no longer on the product, but without it the handle tears in a relatively short time. If I had known that piece wouldn’t be on the product, I would have looked at other options.
