Most times I've ordered from Express Medical I'd give 5 stars but this time I placed an order on Tuesday and it still hadn't shipped Thursday morning. Every other time the order was shipped the day of the order or early the next day. When I called I was told there was a holiday which I had been aware of and was why when I ordered on the Tuesday after Labor Day I didn't call until Thursday. I was disappointed with the attitude of the person who then put be on hold and came back and said my order would be shipped that day. It was and I was appreciative but had the customer service rep been kind it would have better represented your usually fine company. I will chalk it up to one person and not the company.
