All good prompt delivery

I purchased a "ready to fly" trainer their VOLANTEXRC Ranger 400 RC and it was defective. After several emails and sending a video the problem persisted (not controllable & unresponsive and I almost lost the airplane) I have asked to return it and they stonewalled me. I finally went to PayPal and requested a refund. Bad experience

Horrible experience. Their website really brags about timely deliveries and excellent customer service, but that was the opposite of what I got. My package was sat on for weeks never leaving the warehouse. I was polite and patient when enquiring about the my order 3 different times many days apart that I placed as a birthday gift well ahead of time it was needed, It was brushed off. Finally when It was time critical stating if it didn’t show up or had any information about the delivery EXHobby could keep it and I’d ask for a refund, it was then found and sent. On the surface they were polite, but that was the extent that I sensed. Customer service very lacking, the only reason I got my order after it showed weeks without movement with their postal tracking, is because I asked for a refund. I was optimistic about the company, not now. Maybe my experience was the exception, but they didn’t even try to make it right. Unfortunately, one local Hawaiian slang word comes to mind: Pake. I’ll share this with google reviews so it other potential customers will know what they are potentially getting themselves in too.

Fast shipping on your Warbirds. This is my first rc airplane. I’m enjoying learning and flying them. ExHobby has provided good info to learn the sport and your planes. All good, thanks

I've been real impressed with Exhobby. I bought a rtf beginner plane (Spitfire) and the quality is exceptional. The shipping was fast. One battery it came with was puffed and they replaced it. I have confidence in their product and customer service. I will be buying from them again and highly recommend them.

I ordered parts for my Atomic Rc boat. It took almost a month before I received them. Boating season is almost over!! Quicker delivery time would make the rating much higher.
