If I could rate EXHOBBY a -100 stars, I Would.HORRIBLE customer service. I sent 7 emails, 4 in english, and 3 in Chinese, and no response. Even months later, NO RESPONSE. After this, I switched to Horizon Hobby which has the best customer service of any company I have ever ordered ANYTHING from. In short, do not order any planes from here, especially if they sell them elsewhere. Go for a better option like Horizon Hobby or HobbyZone.

I ordered a plane and extra propellers. Only received the propellers no plane. My emails have gone unanswered. So I guess I spend over a hundred bucks and got 2 propellers that are useless to me without the plane. Save your money and buy from a reputable co. I have used tower hobby for years and they never let me down. Live and learn
