Slow shipping and nonexistent communication. However, prior was delivered as promised and in good condition. Work on your shipping and communication and you’ll be in good shape.

The plane is too hard to fly without sufficient directions. It already has a broken part after flying one time so we have ordered more parts but for almost a $200 airplane it is not up to par.

It said that it was going to be (2 two 6) days and then after the 6th day is said that it was do another 5 days

Had to get in touch with them because they didn’t even send it out for a week after I ordered a speed boat remote control from them ! Then they lied about sending it out already and I know they lied because after 4 emails I finally got a tracking number! Said just received your pkge and now is on its way! Still haven’t got it but there’s hope!

The website was very easy to navigate through like how it’s set up. I got the plane in a timely manner. Everything went great except for when I emailed because there is no phone number to call anybody and I emailed telling them that I had ordered the wrong plane and asked if I could Switch to the plane that I wanted because the plane hadn’t been shipped yet. I never did get a response back to this day and email is the only way to get a hold of them like I said no phone number. You ship me the plane I open the box and everything was perfect Beautiful plane but I really wanted the other plane so next time I will probably order from somebody else in case, I have a problem I can talk to somebody or at least get a answer back when I email them about an issue that I’m having so all in all great plane Got from California to my house with no issues no problems but customer service not so good when you’re buying something online, you really need good customer service.

Still waiting on product to arrive. The stuff that has is good. But keeping the customer in the loop on shipping and product availability is zero!!!

The shipping has taken over 15 days and is super slow if there is a way to speed it up this would get a five.

Shipping was late. The product was very weak, one motor did not work.
