The communication with shipping info was a little off... I waited two weeks for my item to show and on the day I received it I got the shipping confirmation shortly there after??? And there email response lagged a little bit other then that everything else was ok.

Even though my son's and my Ranger 600 came with an apparently dead receiver, Evelyn from Exhobby walked me through troubleshooting and eventually determined that the receiver was indeed, defective due to a possible shipping issue. She authorized the shipment of a new receiver through Amazon and hopefully this resolves the issue.

I bought the BNF VOLANTEXRC P-51D Mustang. The motor quit working right after I started using it. EXHobby promised they would replace it. However it was back ordered. Instead the sent the RTF version. It arrived today can’t wait to fly it. This is a very fun plane to fly.

Truck came quickly which was great because it was for Christmas. After a day we had a problem with the remote not syncing with the truck for a left turn. Customer service was quick to correct the issue and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

What made my experience great? was Miss Evelyn's friendly very helpful demeanor. When I received my order it had the wrong plane on the box on one side. I did not fully unwrap it and Miss Evelyn explain to me that the box had two different planes on it. she was so helpful I was about to panic that I had the wrong plane and she was cool as a cucumber! Hahaha 😂

Very fast shipping considering we live in HI! WE LOVE THE PLANE SO MUCH!! Extremely easy set up and directions. would recommend to everyone and definitely affordable. I would recommend to fly over a grass field, because it is made of styrofoam. We love the plane 10/10 recommend!
