EXHOBBYReviews of exhobby.com

Excellent customer service from Evelyn Ji.

They kept me informed throughout the ordering and shipping process. Okay, so there was a missing component in the box, but they really reacted very well and instantly corrected this. The price was right and so was the customer service. Would certainly use them again.

Prompt and very good response back

Difficult to track order when separated into two packages. I have received one package but not the other. Tracking package sends me to package I already received.

Evelyn was very helpful and professional, she took care of my problem quickly

I purchased 3 R/C sailboats and discovered that one of the servos on one of the boats had failed after the warranty period. I contacted EXHOBBY with the details and they worked with me to ship me a replacement servo at no charge. This was excellent after the sale customer service.

with the had a problem with a return and I was upset, but the company resolved the problem and I am happy with the results. I will reorder again from them.

Evelyn from customer service did everything she could to get me a replacement car and stayed in contact with me until I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company for all your RC needs.
