i am a 61 year old white male with liver damage from drinking many years, quit 4 years ago.since i have been using about 25 mg of delta 8 (about 3 months now) my stools look normal again, constipation is gone, am sleeping better and concentration is improved. Delta 9 does not do that. Someone needs to do some serious studies on the benefits of delta 8. I am stocking up!
