My order was running late to be processed. So Exhale emailed me saying they would ship my order using Expedited Shipping. So once I finally got a tracking number, I noticed my $150 order is shipping ground instead. Tracking still shows “label created” because it’s just sitting around at their shop. I was supposed to have my purchase already, and it hasn’t even shipped yet. So I’m pretty disappointed at this point. Customer service has been very unhelpful the two occasions I reached out. At this point, I’m just doing my best not to leave them a 1 star on google under my local guide account. I don’t believe in doing anything to damage small business. But to the same point, small business also shouldn’t be so careless and unconcerned toward their customers for that very reason.

TLDR, I ordered March 1st expecting the package in a bit over a week business days and it won’t arrive until March 21st. A month after my order is not okay. I placed my order on March 1st. It said after the order was processed it would ship in 5-7 business days. I got an email March 8th saying that my order would ship out on March 13th with expedited shipping. It also offered a 30% off coupon for my next order for the inconvenience. I get another email on March 14th saying that my order had finally shipped out and got a tracking number. My package is expected on the 21st. Frankly, this is unacceptable. That is nearly a month after I have ordered it. I will not be ordering from this company again and will be finding one that actually ships in a timely manner as they state they will.

Couldn't fulfill order in a timely manner. I had to request a refund and order from another source. Don't take orders and not be able to fulfill them!!!

I never received my order

Product works great, performs how I expect it to each time. They taste good too. I don't use it everyday, but when I need it, it works quickly to tamp down my symptoms.

I ordered some of your Delta 8 capsules back on the 28th of last month and still have not received them. If it is at all possible I would like a full refund.
