Where do i start. I placed my order (#514918) on the 3rd of March, here it is the 17th and even though I received not one but two emails saying that my order has "shipped", but Fed Ex still hasn't picked up the package. I received an email stating that the delay was due to the weather. If you were aware of this delay why in the world was I not advised of this when I first placed the order? You guys really dropped the ball on this one. So here I am TWO WEEKS later still no idea of when I'm going to receive my order. I originally had a good experience with your company. Now I do not recommend anyone deal with you. I'm sharing this abysmal experience with everyone that will listen.

I need to return my order, return policy link is nonexistent, apparently, customer service is also nonexistent as nobody answers the phone or emails. I couldn't take the particular product I ordered, descriptions of product was vague. Won't order from them again.

It takes too long for the product to get to me. And it cost too much .

Had a subscription order that was set to be reprocessed on the 03/05. I receive an email stating that it will ship 03/13 and it will have expedited shipping. The package doesn’t ship until 03/15 and is expected to arrive on the 03/22, 2 and half weeks from the processed date. I was under impression that having a subscription to an item would mean regular delivery window but I guess not.

Shipment was delayed 5 days.. why give me a discount on my next order? I should’ve been given 30% off on this order..

I ordered my products on February 22, 2023 and as of today March 17, 2023 have not received them. Very unsatisfied. They charged me and no products.

A regular customer should be given samples of their products that’s similar to the product that has already been purchased.

they take forever to ship your order. Once it never even came. They had to re ship and it took months to get my order
