Exercise.comReviews of exercise.com

Abbie has been extremely helpful and positive. She has given me strong suggestions and helped to navigate features for my business needs. The platform is very versatile and offers a lot of convenient features that make programming and delivery fast and efficient.

My experience with Exercise.com and especially Sage has been amazing. From the very beginning Sage has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It never takes her very long to respond to ANY question I may have and she is always able to assist me. She even will check in on me if she hasn't heard from me. Exercise.com offers an incredible platform for trainers and coaches that I highly recommend. And Sage really is the best!

I knew I was buying a useful and robust app to streamline my business- but I had no idea that SUCCESS TEAM would be the biggest asset to my business migration. Jackie, has been such an ally in helping me make the most out of this experience. The platform offers SO MUCH it can be very overwhelming. Fortunately, Jackie has been able to help me build my working knowledge of the app through our calls so I can confidently command the full potential of the portal, app, and my business. Thank you!

The customer service was the best part. Sage was always very pleasant to interact with and was more than willing to help whenever I had an issue.

I highly recommend Exercise.com for a personalized fitness app! They are leading the fitness industry in helping fitness and health professionals deliver online programs. It has been a game charger in getting my business off the ground. The best part is the top-notch customer service from their team. They are responsive to all your questions and provide clear guidance and help.

Amazing customer support! Always responds super quickly and they are very helpful!

TLDR: You can tell this was built by those with deep experience and knowledge of the industry. Simply put, they have a superb support team and a success team that will make your goals happen. An important delineation in any industry or stage of business, but especially for those looking to scale their business within the fitness and wellness industry. Would highly recommend to those who are ready to elevate their game. Exercise.com is the top-tier software at any stage of your profession within the fitness or wellness industry, especially the growth stage. I came to Exercise.com to systematize my client management process from first point of contact to purchase and referral while also preparing for a large contract where I would have to service over 100+ individuals while providing them with a digital platform for their training plans and group coaching. At every stage of the process, the Exercise.com team is there to ensure they understand your objectives with the platform and, most importantly, provide insights that only those who are experienced within the industry would be able to give. The most empowering experience thus far is the onboarding and ongoing support from Alyssa and her team in making sure every aspect of my business is reflected on the platform, from scheduling, integrations, subscriptions, coaching plans, onboarding other coaches and groups. Her knowledge of the software allows me to pose unique cases that I need to solve with the software and get immediate support on how to ensure I can execute what I need to grow my business. Better yet, Exercise.com continuously looks to add new and purposeful features throughout your subscription period.

We are in the process of launching exercise.com from ZenPlanner / TrueCoach and previously from MindBody. The implementation process has been easy so far and the team we are working with is great. Sage has been extremely helpful in providing clear communication and helpful information. We decided to switch to exercise.com because we didn't love the workout builder in ZenPlanner and were using TrueCoach as a result. Having two different software's was confusing for our clients. We also had complaints about the ZenPlanner user interface. Exercise.com's interface is extremely user friendly (I followed a workout program from another gym last year on the platform and it was so easy to use). We are launching in a few weeks, but so far it has exceeded what our previously software systems capabilities.
