we just started converting our system from another software to exercise.com so far Abigail has been our support and go to for setup. she's been great! she explains everything thoroughly and always gives me a recording of how to when we are done. the process of set up has been pretty easy

They are responsive and on top of it. The value for the money is unrivaled. I have very few complaints with this platform.

The app is fine for what it's used for

I have been overall pleased with Exercise.com. The platform has assisted me in building my business as an Independent Trainer. Everything is all in one place for me to scale in the near future. I particularly like how I can connect other apps to help with client onboarding and follow-up.

While we are still waiting for the "perfect" gym management system, Exercise.com has been able to provide a good 2 in 1 (gym management/programming) experience. The thing I've enjoyed most is the consistent relationships with their tech support and success teams. For instance, Tyler is maybe the most patient person I know, my dude is CHILL (just what you need when you're ready to use the laptop as a frisbee). Move Right has a very unique fitness system that exercise.com has worked hard to customize for us. It's nice to be able to lean on reliable relationships with people who get to know you and your business well.

The customer support is great. They are agile and work with their customers to make the platform work in many different ways. Tyler has been so helpful handling all our requests for features and advising us on how to maximize our use of the platform. They are constantly updating things to make it even better.
