Beautiful home, friendly and responsive host. Close to parks and attractions.

We really had a fab time at this villa! Party of 8 adults & 3 children. We have stayed in Champions Gate before and is the perfect location for exploring Disney and Universal parks. We like that it has the water park on site to use which is very good for rest/chill days (as much as you can rest with two toddlers!!). Andy was a great host & responded very quickly. He was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for check in, codes for access to resort and villa, and details on how to heat pool/hire a BBQ. Overall the villa was great for us. Everyone had their own space / bathrooms and we didn’t feel on top of each other. Plenty of space for interacting / family games nights too. The pictures of the villa were spot on and listing was accurate. The cleanliness of the villa could have been better, but was only certain areas (laundry room, pool toilet, stair carpet). Overall we had a fantastic stay and felt it was great value for money. Thank you Andy!

beautiful house rented for family vacation. we have 12 people total and there's plenty of room for everyone . all the bathrooms throughout the house and poolside are a plus. I definitely recommend using for small or large group. will be returning

The house was perfect size for our trip. It had plenty of space to move around. The out door area wasn't big enough. One set of 4 chairs and table had chairs that were almost ripped and were unusable. There wasn't any lounge chairs. There were times I would have just stayed there and relax. The kitchen had plenty of dishes but the pots and pans were little and everything stuck to them. So, it made cooking for everyone hard. The area was a great spot. It wasn't too far from anything. Overall, it was a great place for us to stay.

The house was just like the picture. The house could’ve been cleaned a little better than it was. Also the Internet inside the house was not good at all. But overall Mr. Andy was amazing he answered every question we had. I would definitely go back on Mr Andy.

Honestly this was my first experience renting an Airbnb and my entire family loved it. The place was nice and clean. The gaming room was entertaining for everyone. The only issue we had was we couldn't find the right control for the theater room but there was plenty of televisions we all could watch. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
