I made a last minute booking with Andy. It was late but when I arrived to the home there was no running water. I called and was told it was a community problem, however the neighbors had water. I contacted airbnb a but before they talked to the host he send a new address, yes it had water and I accepted this location because it was so late. I contacted him again to explain that I would like compensation because the isn't the home I picked and dont have amenities I has in the other home. He declined my requests but airbnb did a wonderful job holding the host responsible. The house also has a for sale sign in the yard and the gate said we were not registered for that home again I had to place a call. This is my 2nd bad experience with this house and will not have a 3rd. On the positive side the home was nice.

2709 Bookmark Drive Great location and spacious house, but not well equipped. House itself is 4 star, but management brings this down to 2. Not enough outside seating (Four loungers for a house that sleeps 18!) Poor kitchen utensils. One wine glass! No teaspoons. Broken bin. Had to buy a net and paddles for the table tennis from Wallmart! No welcome instruction pack ..eg regarding bin collection, gate lock system etc. Poor standard of cleanliness.. Carpet in living area not hoovered. Litter outside the front door.. Property management very poor. All these comments fed back by email on day one but no response whatsoever even after over a week in! Continuously emailed and eventually a response saying they do not ignore their guests but promptly went on to do so, leaving us with one bathroom without lights. Most neighbours seem to stay for one or two nights and often happy to play loud music late at night. Seems more like a party house. Lead to believe that amenities for sport, bar etc were close by given the number of photos on the website but they are outside the gated area on a different estate. Would not recommend executive villas company! Tried leaving a review on their website but it would seem Executive villas do not accept negative, or indeed constructive reviews to publish.

I checked in around 5:30 on May 12. I inspected the place and noticed it was dirty. The vent covers and ceiling fans had dirt caked on them. Carpet and baseboards were dirty. Garage had trash in it. The bed covers were dirty/stained. The showers were dirty; shower curtains stained. MOLD in the showers. Patio table glass was falling through the table...etc.. I took pics and notified Executive Villas. They said they were sending a cleaning person out. THEY DID NOT! I called and emailed them several times during my stay. They sent a maintenance man out without notifying me and my niece was there and did not let him in. I even went to their office, as I am local, and NOTHING. I know the homeowners would be disappointed in how their property is being maintained, but, I will inform them with the pics. Oh, did I mention the while leather sofa was beige/light brown and had to be cleaned. When we finished, the water looked like tea. I did not want to right this review, but they left me know choice. I have spoken to Maria (via phone and in person), Marianna (via email and phone) and Joanna (via email). I have all the proof to back this review up!!!

My family and I stayed in the Solterra resorts, rented thru exec villas. Once we arrived 4 days before Christmas, things were okay. A few things were not done. We paid for a four burner grill which we didn’t get until monday, our pool was not heated. By day three in the house no HOT WATER!!! Apparently the water bill had not been paid so the meter was taken off the house while several people were bathing! Not once did someone knock on the door. The house was clearly occupied. The house had been booked since October, so there was no excuse for that happening. Exec villas was contacted and stated they were sending someone out, it was a high priority! That was around 10 am.....8p.m still not hot water. We called again a maintenance guy shows up an hour later stated that he can’t mess with anything because its gas and we would have to wait until the next day, but could unclogg a tub?? In the meantime no hot water and 15+ people in the house. The next day we were put into another house down the street. Such an inconvenience. To top that none of the mattresses in the second house had protectors on them!!! By this point we were ready to go home. This company dropped the ball in the customer service and communication department. Next time we will use another company to rent from bc they are horrible!!
