I continually stressed that I wanted a flight with assigned seating so that the 5 of us could be together. Alex told me that he had a flight with everything I wanted including designated seating. I called repeatedly over the past two days and everytime was told just give me 30 minutes or give me an hour. Finally I called sw myself and there is no assigned seating.
