Alice was my rep. She was able to book our trip from Houston to Athens returning from Istanbul back to Houston. I had to call her a couple of times with questions and she answered each time and was helpful. A few issues to report: We were told that our bags would be checked all the way through on the way there and found out from British Airways that was not the case as the connecting flight on Aegean was on a separate ticket. So getting our luggage at Heathrow and rechecking was a bit of an adventure (took us over 2 hours. Will avoid passing through Heathrow at all costs moving forward). Glad we had enough layover to make it happen. Next we had to obtain a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation at check-in at Houston that we were unaware of. Not a huge deal but could have done it prior to the trip. Lastly, I had to upgrade our 2nd leg to Business separately as she booked us for economy. Not sure why as there was availability. Would I use them again? Maybe, but now know what questions to ask and the finer details to look for.

Romeo Dane gets the job done. This time we had a misunderstanding regarding when he would get back to me, but it might have been partly my fault. In any case he recovered quickly.

I am quite satisfied with the service and value that I have received over the last few years. I am not the easiest traveler to book reservations for and have to have some flexibility once I start. Roger has done a good job in coming up with something that would work. At times it takes a few efforts but for the most part I have been booked on a good Business class seat or he has found a first class seat that is a great value. I will continue to book flights.
