Kyle Lewis was very responsive, and made it quite easy to work with EBC. Day or night, he answered all emails in minutes! Does he ever sleep?!? He offered several alternatives, a great price, and took care of all the arrangements expeditiously. 4 flights were involved, two of them being transatlantic, and he was able to sort them out to give me the best bang for my buck. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future!
