Put this in the review for Max We had the pleasure of working with Max McClain to arrange our flight to Athens, and we were truly impressed by his outstanding service. Max was extremely patient, taking time to answer all our questions and make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He stayed in regular contact, checking in and keeping us updated throughout the process. His professionalism and dedication were evident, and he worked hard to accommodate our specific needs. We sincerely appreciated his attention to detail and the care he showed from start to finish. Thank you, Max, for your support and excellent follow-through—it made all the difference! Warm regards

Max has been working with me over the last several days to plan my flights from Phoenix AZ to multiple locations in Australia. He has been professional, knowledgeable, polite and most of all patient with me. He made booking this travel so easy and of course saved me a lot of time and money! I highly recommend working with Max And Exclusive Business Class. I will definitely be using them later this year when I go to London.

Max was very easy to work with. He initially responded to an online request I made for information on a multi-city flight we were making to Greece, but home from Italy. However, he caught me when I was literally about to board a flight to visit family and I'd be going for the weekend. He sent me two quotes and asked for my feedback, but was patient when I told him I couldn't look them over until I returned from the weekend. When I asked him what else we could do with our flights to bring the price down, he worked with me to find other options that fit our budget and travel needs. I'd definitely use him again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Max McClain to purchase a round-trip flight ticket from Chicago to the Republic of Moldova.Max was extremely professional, attentive, and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs, ensuring I got the best options in terms of price and schedule. Max’s attention to detail made the booking process seamless, and he was quick to answer any questions I had along the way. His knowledge of different airlines and flight routes helped me make an informed decision. If you're looking for someone who is not only skilled at booking flights but also genuinely cares about delivering great customer service, I highly recommend Max McClain. He made the entire travel booking experience effortless, and I’m very grateful for his help.

Max McClain was such great help to me today! Very patient and kind. Thank you Max!

Romeo counted all the flights he put together for me...90!! no exaggeration....he never got mad and never gave up on me....we finally found the right flight for me. I felt supported....i had never flown internationally before so i had to learn a few things before i completed this transaction....I will be using Romeo again in the future

Emily Miller was fantastic. I told her what I wanted and in a short time she had 3 options for me to choose from. The whole experience was simple. Thank you.

I had a completely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Exclusive Business Class. They waste time, require an initial mini-hold, and then proceed to charge your card without permission. On top of that, they ask for an OTP code via email without your consent, claiming it’s part of their “verification process.” There’s no proper website with a secure payment system where clients can make payments themselves using 3D Secure, if that’s what they want to do for safety. As a result, I lost a lot of time and nerves dealing with this nonsense. It’s just empty talk, and there’s no way to prove anything to them. Now, with my flight in two hours, they refuse to issue my tickets and conduct a legitimate, secure transaction. After dealing with this agency, I have serious doubts about the safety of my bank details. I will have to cancel my card and report their business to the relevant authorities. Avoid this company at all costs! It’s an absolute nightmare.
