Lied to by Skye, my salesperson, repeatedly. Booked my honeymoon with her to find out on my flight home from London that she had booked me to Zurich to Miami then on to Jamaica. Skip lagging for a cheaper rate, then booked me another flight to Houston, my original airport without telling me. Imagine my surprise when Swiss Air told me my luggage and my wife and I were all going to Jamaica not Houston. I was very upset, I wouldn't have booked through them had I known this. While not illegal, it can get you blacklisted from all the major carriers. I paid an additional $200 for club access in Miami where I was supposed to have a 5 hour Layover. Surprise, no club access on my tickets, and no additional luggage on my tickets either. So I got to sit in MIA for 5 hours, had to pay for 2 extra bags as well as my seating on my flight home. I spoke with the "owner" Alex, who swore he would call me back. Have yet to hear from him. I am filing a formal complaint with Lufthansa, Swiss Air, American Airlines, the FTC, the BBB, and investigating the home state for the company to file a small claims court for the $8,798 I paid for this debacle. I recommend you find another site to book your travel plans through.
