I needed a multi-city flight arrangement for myself and 2 others. It was hard to coordinate amongst ourselves while also coordinating with our travel agent. She was calm, cool, and collected throughout our back and forth. Ultimately we got reservations that met our timeline. Thanks to Alice!!!

I worked with Michelle Bennet First I was pleased to learn she was not a bot 🙂 She was excellent and very patient as I had multiple parameters for my travel. She explored all the options and requested changes and found a flight to meet my needs. Would recommend her highly

Alice was my rep. She was able to book our trip from Houston to Athens returning from Istanbul back to Houston. I had to call her a couple of times with questions and she answered each time and was helpful. A few issues to report: We were told that our bags would be checked all the way through on the way there and found out from British Airways that was not the case as the connecting flight on Aegean was on a separate ticket. So getting our luggage at Heathrow and rechecking was a bit of an adventure (took us over 2 hours. Will avoid passing through Heathrow at all costs moving forward). Glad we had enough layover to make it happen. Next we had to obtain a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation at check-in at Houston that we were unaware of. Not a huge deal but could have done it prior to the trip. Lastly, I had to upgrade our 2nd leg to Business separately as she booked us for economy. Not sure why as there was availability. Would I use them again? Maybe, but now know what questions to ask and the finer details to look for.

I have used exclusive business class for several years and have always had a great experience. I can especially speak about Agent Michelle who always goes above and beyond to help secure the best route and best fare for business seats.

Alex and Alice are great. They do their best to get good rates and execute all asks. Will be a long term client!

Kyle lewis was great at getting my flight to china. Worked extra to make sure i got there clise to hotel check in time. Too early and i would have to pay extra day. Really worked with me. Will use again.

I first dealt with EBC last year after finding them on the Internet. Its business bona fides (registered with BBB, legitimate/objective reviews, etc.) convinced me to try them and I was not disappointed. Their personalized customer service is a throw back to a previous time when companies actually cared for the clients after they've taken your money. Recently, I just completed travel arrangements for a trip and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Emma Harris. Emma was very much like my previous customer service rep and maybe even a little bit more. Kind, courteous, professional and very capable, Emma remains in close contact to assure her clients that she is with them at every stage while ensuring their complete satisfaction with all the arrangements. What sets EBC apart is you can actually deal directly with their agents and there is no hassle with direct calls or e-mails. And all the while there is never a hint of aggressiveness and pursuing another "deal" before you've successfully completed the first one. For anyone who is looking for a very worthy alternative to other booking platforms, give EBC a try. They are my first call now when booking a flight of significance where Business Class is a must. Emma H, thanks very much and I look very forward to dealing with you again. You are awesome! To EBC, please do NOT change your style of customer service as what you do works!

The first thing that happened was my scheduled flight got cancelled. I had to pay $2K more to rebook a flight. Secondly, we were flying from the Azores to the USA. We changed the return flights Executive Business Class had reserved. We did some calculations and research and realized there was no way we could make our connecting flight in Paris as it had been set up. There just was literally not enough time to land, collect our luggage, pass thru customs, ride the tram from terminal 1 to 2E, check our luggage back in at the airline counter 60 minutes prior to the flight, go thru security and make it to our gate for departure. 2hours and 25minutes was not enough time to accomplish the plane change. Also I needed a wheelchair because I cannot walk quickly. My slow pace would have hindered the process even more. I had to settle for economy instead of business class on the long flight from Paris to Seattle. I also had to rent a hotel room in Paris to accommodate my changed flights. When I requested a wheelchair on a previous email, I received no notice that the flight had been canceled. Through all of these issues, it doesn't even take into account the extra money my sister had to pay to get a corrected flight home. If we had not taken action we would have been stuck in Paris and considered a "no show" when we missed our flight per the airline's representative. Considering the lack of action from your company, I am giving your company a poor rating.
