I paid the price for the tickets, travel protection fees and taxes. I thought I was getting a good deal to fly BUSINESS CLASS to Venice and return from Athens. The airline changed the times and they refunded my $$$ for the flight because I couldn't make the new times. My husband THEN was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 2 months after I bought the tickets, and I had paid for TRAVEL PROTECTION. I had asked Alex if they had travel protection and he confirmed it. It was on my invoice. I sent documentation of this terrible diagnosis and now they said, they were looking into it. That was a month ago, and now they don't return calls. I left messages for Emily and Alex. FLIGHT...$6918.42, Travel protection, fees and taxes $3995.58. I TALKED TO ALEX AND EMILY. HERE IS THE BREAKDOWN OF CHARGES RIGHT FROM THE INVOICE: FOR 2 ADULTS FLIGHTS-AIR CANADA-$6918.42(returned by Air Canada TRAVEL PROTECTION- $714.00 TAXES AND FEES FOR ME-$1640.79 TAXES AND FEES FOR MY HUSBAND-$1640.79 Air Canada returned the money right away because they changed the times more than 5 hours. What kind of fees?? and taxes and fees on returned $$ from Air Canada. We did not get this. Yes, they had a clause that no money would be returned and we understood that, but we thought we had travel protection, which by the way, Alex would not send me a copy of that protection. Very angry that I trusted them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT RELIABLE!! AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF. now they want me to use them again with the credit-only out of the country. I can imagine the FEES and TAXES on that flight. please save yourself heartache and don't use them..I did get an email which Alex would call me at 1:00 the next day-never happened. And they lied-I called and left messages and recording said they were in a meeting. Never returned call. And Alex had told me to call Emily-not his. She would take care of my situation-she never returned calls. Forget this company- very hinky

I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with the services of Alice Monroe of Exclusive Business Class. Alice secured round trip first class air tickets at 50% of the airline’s posted rates. My flight schedule needs were quite specific, but Alice thoroughly researched all available flights and was able to find the flights that best suited my needs. What a pleasant surprise! Rod made booking business class seats from Denver, Colorado to Tokyo, Japan with my wife and infant child an absolute pleasure. He is a true professional - knowledgable, helpful, friendly, prompt, and service-oriented. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and with a personal touch that is just hard to find in the travel world. He saved us money compared to buying directly with the airline ourselves. And unlike many other ticket brokers, this was not a shady transaction that risks unexpected cancellation...our credit card and mileage numbers were used to transact directly with the airline, with the added benefit of Rod handling all of the extra details around seats, infant bassinet, etc. Plus, I have confidence that Rod will be reachable and extremely helpful in case anything unexpected happens during travel. I worked with a very experienced person named Adrian. He found me an affordable flight ticket to Paris. He assisted me through out the whole process, not just expecting me to do it myself. He had to do research and called me with the information when he said he would. He was very patient and helpful as I had many questions. I will definitely use this company for my future travel plans!
