Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience – Waste of Time and Money I purchased 5,000 leads expecting to receive the data as promised. Instead, I was asked to submit multiple documents and go through unnecessary delays. After two days of waiting, I was told they could not provide the data I specifically requested – with no clear explanation or valid reason. When I asked why, they simply said: "We don't have one." This is completely unacceptable. I feel misled, and my time and money were wasted. If they couldn’t deliver the leads I asked for, they should have said so upfront – not after taking my payment and wasting two days with pointless formalities. Avoid this service unless you’re okay with delays, vague communication, and no accountability.
