Customer Service walks you through everything and explains everything step by step. There are no hidden cost or fees. I love this plan that I have because I can forward my calls, Evoice sets up your phone extensions, Evoice offers 800 numbers, local numbers, your greetings, You can conference call, fax, I can check my messages through your phone or by website and by the app, everything is very user friendly! There are no contracts, they offer a service for small or large businesses, they don't sell phones. Thank you Evoice!!!
