Based on the details provided, the name and email address combination does not match any active subscriber in our system. As you indicated that you did not set up an account, it is possible that your credit card information was used fraudulently with a different email address. In such cases, you would not receive notifications regarding the account, including any account status updates. This information would go to the email address used during account set up. Card-Not-Present Fraud is the most prevalent form of credit card fraud, where criminals use stolen credit card details for online purchases. Given this situation, it appears that your card information has been compromised. We recommend contacting Bank of America directly to report the issue and take the necessary steps to secure your account and address any unauthorized charges. These guidelines were not created by eVoice; they are federal requirements established by the FCC to maintain compliance with current text‑message regulations and to help reduce spam and fraud. Businesses choosing to register must provide an online web presence (website, social media) for their organization, along with clear opt‑in and opt‑out messaging to ensure proper consent and transparency for all recipients. Once you have met the requirements of the registration and are approved you will be able to communicate via sms messaging. We are always happy to help should you need assistance along the way. While this has been a speed bump for many customers those who have complied with the updates are now approved.

Porting fees cover a range of costs associated with the transfer of a phone number from one carrier to another and are outlined in our terms of service. We offer online chat between the hours of 8 am to 10:30 pm EST Monday through Friday. The chat icon will be visible in the right-hand corner of the page and is also accessible when you are logged into your online account.
