I have had the experience to deal with Chris, Rob and had the service tech out to my house for work as well. All 3 and anyone I have encountered there have been friendly, courteous helpful and extremely nice. I would certainly recommend this company and staff for there knowledge and expertise when it comes to spas, billiards etc.

Review after a year...
It's odd to receive a review request more than a year after my service, but I do feel the need to mention that I was disappointed with the expensive Simonis cloth I purchased. The first time out, Everything Billiards installed the wrong felt. The second time, there were prominent shadow marks emanating from the side pockets, which the installers said would fade with time. Now, over a year later, the shadows are as noticeable as ever. I called the Simonis company, and they said it was due to the felt not being stretched properly.

Jeremiah, I'm sorry to hear you had a less than stellar experience with us. We do, every once in a while, make a mistake and send the wrong cloth - we do 6-8 jobs every day... Some tables are harder to get the side pockets perfect than others due to different slate patterns having more or less of a circumference than others, and Simonis can be trickier to get right when compared to other fabrics. That being said, if you are still unhappy with the final product, let us know, give us another shot when you are ready for a refelt, and I will personally give you 50% off the cloth and make sure our most seasoned installer completes the job. We refelt pool halls literally all the time, with no complaint. I feel certain that if our work is good enough for the APA players, it will be good enough for you. Whatever the cause of the imperfection on your job, we can and will fix it if you give us another shot. Thanks, Judson Bobo, Mgr

Great service and product
Bought a beautiful pool table from Everything Billiards. They assembled and leveled it, couldn't be happier. Had to move to Nashville a year later due to job relocation and they did a great job breaking it back down and crating it! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a pool table. The owner is very nice and knowledgable.

Excellent In-Store Options and Great Sales & Service Team
Great in-store selection and options. Knowledgeable and non-pushy sales associates to help you pick the right pool table. Excellent delivery and set-up by the installation team. We've played an unbelievable number of games of pool over the last two years and love the table as much today as we did when we got it.

I have bought 2 fusion tables from Everything Billards and it may seem crazy to spend that much for a pool table however it is also a durable dining table. It stands up to everyday use with 3 kids spilling food/drinks on it with no damage. We have holiday dinners with up to 12 to 14 people around one table. So if you average the cost of the table with how many times we use it it becomes a good value. Now if that table is not in your budget they can help you find one!
