Review after a year...
It's odd to receive a review request more than a year after my service, but I do feel the need to mention that I was disappointed with the expensive Simonis cloth I purchased. The first time out, Everything Billiards installed the wrong felt. The second time, there were prominent shadow marks emanating from the side pockets, which the installers said would fade with time. Now, over a year later, the shadows are as noticeable as ever. I called the Simonis company, and they said it was due to the felt not being stretched properly.

Jeremiah, I'm sorry to hear you had a less than stellar experience with us. We do, every once in a while, make a mistake and send the wrong cloth - we do 6-8 jobs every day... Some tables are harder to get the side pockets perfect than others due to different slate patterns having more or less of a circumference than others, and Simonis can be trickier to get right when compared to other fabrics. That being said, if you are still unhappy with the final product, let us know, give us another shot when you are ready for a refelt, and I will personally give you 50% off the cloth and make sure our most seasoned installer completes the job. We refelt pool halls literally all the time, with no complaint. I feel certain that if our work is good enough for the APA players, it will be good enough for you. Whatever the cause of the imperfection on your job, we can and will fix it if you give us another shot. Thanks, Judson Bobo, Mgr
