The programme is low threshold but the workouts are challenging. It is always a pleasure to start the day’s training and afterwards I feel very good.

I love how the program is tailored for your needs. The videos and instructors are easy to follow and the layout of the app is really user friendly. I like having a workout that I know is safe while pregnant and I look forward to continuing it on my postpartum healing journey. There is not much out there to help pregnant women with correct exercises and movement during this time and I find EM super informative and helpful.
