It is really incredible. I am currently using it after my second pregnancy (DR after first and never fully closed or stayed closed for long) and really enjoy the workouts. My DR is not closed and I am still actively working on it, but that must be the realistic assumption when trying to resolve DR. It takes time and having an app and community supporting me along the way (at a reasonable price) is really amazing. Love it!

After my third child my diastasis was 2 1/2-3 fingers at 9 months PPD, and I was honestly feeling really defeated with it. I'd manage to close it some with physical therapy, but my core was still so weak. I am on Day 32 of the Reclaim Classic path and I'm feeling so much stronger! My separation is closed down to 1/2-1 1/2 fingers which is a huge improvement. My core is so much more functional.

Every Mother has totally transformed my body (even though I’m 9 years post-partum). I’ve been using it for a little over a year, and I find that the workouts are of a manageable timeframe and just hard enough.
