This program offers options that make it feel personalized for whatever stage you’re at. You can tell that there has been a lot of work in creating this guided program that caters to mothers with diastasis recti. The results and improvement that I experienced were amazing. I couldn’t recommend more.

Very do-able but still challenging…
Very do-able but still challenging exercises, love the short video lengths - my core is definitely much stronger and my abdominal separation from carrying twins is much smaller. Thank you Every Mother!

Great exercise suitable for busy moms
Every mother exercises really helped me with daily routine of exercises. It suits my lifestyle as it is quick and effective. Hope additional programs can be added in guided paths! Thank you Every Mother Team for helping and supporting mothers all over the world

Excellent, evidence-based, easy to use
Every Mother provides an easy-to-access, easy-to-understand exercise program that is specifically suited to mothers. I enjoyed spending "me time" doing these exercises, knowing I was strengthening my body with evidence-based techniques.
