I have a 4 year old and should have done pelvic floor therapy after he was born. After chronic lower back pain, I decided to go to PT but then everything shut down with the virus. I’m SO glad I started Every Mother! It’s helping my bladder issues and my back has felt better than it has in years!! I haven’t lost inches like some people but I feel stronger and think if I stick with it I’ll achieve a flatter tummy (along with the other benefits). Thank you EM! Wish I had known about it sooner.

Every Mother is such a great transition to heal your muscles from within and tone from the outside. It’s a gentle climb to more intense exercises as your body progresses in the healing process. I love these workouts and don’t plan on stopping anytime!

I hate not being able to workout like I use to and I've been so afraid to do anything. I was looking for a program that included safe workouts that helped my DR, but was more than just breathing exercises This program is perfect and I love the videos!
