Can't recommend such a service
If you want to cancel the account you have to send an e-mail. This is surely some amateur organization. I can't ever recommend such a service

I'm very sorry to hear that you feel this way. I can assure that we do not run an amateur operation - many of our staff have been in the hosting business since 1997. In that time, we've seen a lot. We prefer getting cancellation requests via email because cancellations have become increasing complex due to the number of different services that customers may subscribe to. While a customer may want to cancel their website hosting, they may not want to cancel their domain registration or their cloud backup solution (since they may be backing up important sites and databases that are not hosted at Everleap). There are so many scenarios. At our other hosting brand, DiscountASP.NET, customers have the ability to cancel accounts via their control panel and we get many calls after the actual cancellation regarding different issues that the customer did not realize would come up. So the intention is not to put a barrier in the way of cancellation but rather to deliver on good customer service by making sure we all get on the same page as to what services are to be cancelled. We have seen other hosts that require a phone call at certain times and days, and you go through a phone menu, and then finally talk to staff that are paid bonuses to get you to stay and upsell. That is not Everleap - that is not our mode of operation.
