Incredibly bad
Awful experience. Support rep presses extra charges to address simple site config issues. Poor admin interface and weak hosting toolset vs. other providers at the same price point. Bush-league outfit with laughably hamfisted customer service. Would not recommend to anyone - and that goes double for my professional clients.

We are very sorry to hear that this customer had an awful experience. From my understanding, the customer deleted or otherwise wrote over critical website files off the production server and lacked a local backup of their website. Please note that the customer is responsible for maintaining backups of their own sites. We recommend building/editing websites on a local computer and uploading any changes to the production server - this way you always have a backup. We also provide a paid automated daily backup tools that will backup sites and databases to the Amazon cloud with separate management tools. So there is a range of backup options. To help in situations like this, our staff can look through our nightly disaster recovery backups but we charge for this service as our staff has to search through ALL our customer's website files. The customer was upset about this charge. We offered to waive the fee and even restored the files that were deleted by the customer. But at the end, the customer still requested cancellation.
