Everlane’s Customer service is nothing like the negative reviews floating around here. Contacted customer service regarding my order which might be lost in transit. I got a reply within a few minutes. Got my order resent and express shipping fees refunded. Definitely earned themselves a returning customer here!

My wife and I have found all the products to be of excellent quality. My wife is an XXS/XS depending and it's hard to find nice quality/stylish clothes to fit her. But this review is really not only for quality product but for exceptional customer service from Jessica and Jhonill. We made a mess of a returned item (xss needed but we tried xs and it was too big) as it's the first and only item (of dozen's purchased) we've had to return. Don't quite understand all the negative reviews - our experience just the opposite.

I have not had any problems at all with shipping. Their clothes are awesome and fit is just as described. I can't believe so many people have had problems with them. I love the Japanese Slip Jumpsuit! It fits me perfectly and I have been living in it all summer.

I’m very skeptical about all the negative reviews on here. I’ve ordered from everlane 3 separate times during COVID-19 and have had nothing but positive experiences. In fact, it’s the only brand I could count on actually getting my items to me in the time it said (although I do pay extra for the expedited shipping). Clothes are high quality as well.
