Have now ordered three pairs of jeans and had to return three pairs due to me ordering the wrong size. I have a really good experience taking about a week from dispatch to arrival in the uk and when I returned I got an immediate refund. Not sure why they seem to get bad reviews but my experience has been really good. Totally love my wide leg high waisted jeans I got as well so ordered them in all colours 😂

I placed my first order from the UK during the Black Friday sale and had a good experience. As expected, it took around 2 weeks for the order to arrive. The quality of the leather boss boots, and the turtleneck body I ordered was great for the price I paid, and I will definitely be shopping with them again.

There have been no customer service issues only assistance. Their cashmere is by far not the best. I ordered the crew neck in loden and was surprised at the basic feel of this item. There are thousands loving it. However their CLOUD turtleneck is fantastic. I live in it. Order a size down it runs super large. Delivery was also without issues. No problems as customer service communicates dates or link re status. Just ordered my second CLOUD. It’s been challenging learning the sizing.

As I see a lot of bad reviews here, and I almost didn't order based on them, I decided to tell my experience. I live in the UK and until recently I didn't know they delivered in Europe. They were offereing expedited shipping on orders over of a certain amount, and 10% discount in your first order. After reading some reviews here, I was hesitant to order, specially since I was ordering for a Christmas gift. But in my case, I had a very good experience. I placed the order on a Sunday, discount was applied, expedited shipping offered. Items were shipped Tuesday morning, Thursday I have them with me, and they look and fit as expected (I did a lot of measuring before ordering, following the information available in their site) I cannot talk about how the process of returning an item is (fingers crossed the person likes the gifts and I don't have to go through it!), but very pleased about delivery and quality, and happy I ordered after all, despise the initial fear after reading reviews here. I will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered pack of 5 cotton face masks that had been recommend by a friend. These were fabulous quality and a great fit apart from 1 which was ill fitting. I got onto customer service regarding this and got a response within minutes and confirmation email of a replacement being sent out. Thank you so much Maria for your help! Would definitely recommend.

I am surprisingly very happy with my purchase. I wanted to buy a pair of clogs that I had seen in instagram but the reviews of Everlane in several websites were pretty bad. I still risked it and ordered them despite all as I could find anything that I liked as much anywhere else. I never received the email confirming my order had been sent and had to write twice to ask for updates. The second time they replied and send me a tracking number. My order was supposed to arrive to Australia in 2-4 weeks and has arrived today, in exactly 2 weeks. The shoes are beautiful, as per picture. Good quality leather and comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It might have been pure luck but wanted to leave a review in case someone is hesitant about buying the weaved leather clogs.
