Delivery took forever and there was zero update on tracking for weeks. I finally got a response from customer service and funnily enough my package arrived 3 days after. I was not even impressed with the pants. I don’t know why they are raved about or so expensive because they’re on the same level as some $50 cheap jeans I’ve had. They aren’t flattering and kind of make your butt look like an old lady. I prefer my Levi’s any day. Will be wearing these pants as at home only. I would have just preferred a refund in all honesty

The return and refund is very confusing . I wonder how much money is in their bank account that people forgot about?

They used to be really good — responsive and responsible. Return labels were issued, refunds were applied within a reasonable time frame, emails were responded to. But they have absolutely fallen apart over the course of the pandemic. I returned items that have not been refunded. When I emailed about this, my email went ignored. I have tried to return another item that required me emailing them... and they haven’t responded. It’s been over a month. Multiple emails, all ignored, for over a month.

IT'S TRUE...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AD'S FOR 10% never honored. NEVER RESPONDED. ITEM WAS MASKS WITH USA. THERE WAS NO USA FLAG ON THEM. THEY WERE PLAIN. Good quality though. Not worth the wait and not what I ordered. They send you an order # and a tracking label. Put on their website shipped when in reality they have not shipped the item. Probably because they are actually out of stock but instead of saying that they take your order and your money and make you wait. When you order you are essentially being put on a waiting list. Overpriced. Overhyped without even being nice about it.

This is "sustainable" clothing without the evidence to back it up. This is greenwashing and customers are eating it up because their marketing department is doing a good job appealing to your morals. Everlane isn't a B corporation. The website doesn't list any third party companies that review their "eco-friendly" practices. They fired their workers for wanting to unionize. I have three Everlane items that I bought because I thought their values aligned with mine before I became better informed. Hopefully these last a lifetime, but I am happy to thrift for all my Everlane needs.

I ordered from the UK over a month ago. My products have still not arrived. The parcel tracking system proudly informs me that the parcel was deliveered two weeks ago.. to completely the wrong address in a non-residential location miles away from where I live. I have had no response to repeated emails and have struggled to find any other way of contacting them. Poor customer service. Stay away from Everlane.

Well I'm not impressed right now. I shipped a return back and have no indication that they are sending me another size even though I chose to exchange during the return process instead of a refund. I've emailed 3 times with no response. I already bought another pair of shoes from another company and now I just have to wait and see if they are going to fulfill the exchange and at this point I will not need them so I just have to return them too and wait for weeks? The lack of communication is just really bad business. I had my eye on a few other things I was planning on ordering but at this point, I don't see myself ordering anything from them ever again.

I have purchased several items from Everlane and have been generally happy. I also know how difficult and stressful COVID-19 has been on everyone. So why 2 stars? I placed an online order on March 31. On April 5, I got a email saying be patient, we're having 2-4 week shipping delays due to COVID. So, I thought about it. Do I really need new clothes just to sit around socially distancing? Isn't the package delivery system overly taxed already? Is there any evidence the Everlane packaged and posted my order? No/Yes/No were my answers. I have contacted them twice and told them to do the right thing and cancel the order because it is frivolous (they were having a sale). They refuse to cancel the order. Instead, they want me to return the merchandise right after I receive it. Thus, instead of zero shipments, they are causing two shipments with the same outcome. Shame on you Everlane.
